Timberlake FCCLA did very well at the 76th Annual State Leadership Conference in Oklahoma City! We were able to feed so many children through our volunteer time at the Regional Food Bank. We had fun as a chapter at Olive Garden and Penn Square Mall. Then, best of all, we had three State STAR event winners - National qualifiers: Sustainability Challenge (Alexis Olson, Payton Glenn, and Alec Ullrich), 1st Place; Promote and Publicize (Shelby Pippin and Krissa McDonald), 2nd Place; and our 3rd place winners were in Entrepreneurship (Brooke Bowers and Henzley Thomas). We were then honored as a Gold Star Chapter and for having 100% FCS participation. And last, we enjoyed most of a fun evening at Frontier City!
