Football season is here! Come support the Tigers as they scrimmage Laverne on Thursday, August 22, 2024 @ 6:00 in Jet @ Cecil Reinhart Field. There is no cost to enter but the Touchdown club is asking that you bring gatorade or bottled water as your entry fee.
Congratulations to the Lady Tigers!! They finished 3rd in the Cherokee Strip Conference tournament! Kayla Cotton and Lilly Johnson made the all-tournament team! Keep working hard!
The Lady Tigers kicked off the Cherokee Strip Tournament today and went 2 - 1. They will be back in action on Saturday, Aug. 17th at 10:00 AM vs. Okeene. Good Luck!
Games today for HS softball will be played at OBA. One of the fields at government springs is unplayable. We will still play our first game at 10am.

HS softball vs Dover on Monday, August 12th will begin at 4:00 pm at Government Springs Park in Enid.
7-12 will not receive their schedules until they have completed their enrollment. If enrollment forms have been sent back you need to sign in to Sylogist, find the form that needs to be fixed and click edit document. Once you have completed the form, click the green check mark and click submit to site. Examples of the emails are attached.

Due to a scheduling conflict the immunization clinic that was originally scheduled for August 8th has been moved to Monday, August 12th from 2:00-4:00 in the HS Library. Reminder - incoming 7th graders need their TDAP shot.
Parents -Upon completing the enrollment process you will receive an email from noreply@sylogist for each student submission. The email will state that "Timberlake has completed your student records submission and it was posted" or that "Timberlake has sent back your student records submission". If your submission was sent back to you, read the email and see exactly what form you need to edit. You will then have to sign back in to Sylogist and choose "Edit Document" on the form that was not properly completed. We are hoping to have all submissions posted by the first day of school.
Reminder - On Tuesday, August 13th from 5:00 - 7:00 you can meet your child's teacher at Open House. JH/HS students your schedules will be in the Guardian Portal on Sylogist by Open House. At the elementary, PTO will be offering a back to school photo backdrop and you can purchase a 5x7 for $5. They will also be offering a hot dog meal that includes a hot dog, chips, drink and treat by donation. If you signed up for a backpack you will be able to get those at Open House. Elementary students can pick up their bag in the library. JH/HS students can pick up their bag in the office.
Reminder - PK - 12th grade enrollment and athlete and bus driver physicals tomorrow from 8:00-2:00 at the HS.

A few reminders for enrollment - **If your child attended Timberlake last year, you already have an account on Sylogist. **We encourage you to sign in with a gmail email if you have one that is associated with your guardian account. **You also have the ability, if the need arises, to reset your password from the login page. **If you are enrolling your child in Pre-K for the first time you will need to click "add new student" when you are in the portal. **The scheduled enrollment days are for NEW families to our district and for anyone needing assistance with online enrollment. **Please complete ONE lunch room application per family.
Open House at the Elementary and JH/HS will be on Tues. Aug. 13th from 5-7.
