Timberlake Schools

The Timberlake Student Council will be hosting a Veterans Day Assembly on Friday, November 11 at 10:00 in the High School Auditorium in Helena. Please invite any Veterans you may know so that we may honor them.

Parents: Many of our Chromebooks are no longer covered under a warranty. In the past, we were able to get Chromebooks repaired at a minimal cost. Replacing a broken screen alone will cost approximately $130. Students and parents are responsible for district-owned devices issued to them, just as they are for other items such as textbooks, calculators, cameras, or library books. The district will repair or replace damaged items, but the students/parents will be responsible for a portion of the cost for repair or replacement. Insurance can be purchased for a family for $25. We have had a number of Chromebooks brought in with broken screens, keys, and damaged chargers. Please contact Paula or Heather if you would like to purchase Chromebook Insurance for your family.

Mark your calendars! There will be a one week $25 sale offer for your 2023 yearbook that will run from 11/7-11/11. On 11/12, the $30 offer will go live again until 12/31. On 1/1, the price increases to $35. Get those yearbooks ordered at this special rate. Senior Parents: If you are looking for scholarship information, please visit the school web site and click on the Our Parents at the top and then choose Counselor's Corner. Links are available with information on several scholarships. Mrs. Pecha is offering a scholarship hour on Tuesday's during flex for any student who may need assistance filling out applications.

October issue of Tiger Times

The elementary has worked hard selling tickets for our 50/50 school carnival raffle. We would like to proudly introduce our carnival candidates: 6th grade Emmalyn Jones and Adriel Perez; 5th grade Holly Hickman and Ethan Dayton; 4th grade Taylynn Shepard and Rhett Wallace; 3rd grade Ali Dayton and Zayden Spade; 2nd grade Tori Jones and Henry Burkes; 1st grade Myleigh Hunter and Gabe Aguillon; Kindergarten Piper McCollum and Sterling Shepherd Tickets are still being sold for individual incentives, and the classes that sell the most by 6:00 pm the night of the carnival will be crowned King/Queen, Prince/Princess. The winning classes will also get an ice cream sundae party! Thank you for your support, we look forward to seeing you all at our carnival next week!

With the recent change in weather, several people expressed interest in long-sleeved t-shirts and hoodies, so we're adding those options. The form says the orders are due on October 12, but the deadline will be extended to 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 18, the day we return from fall break.

Elementary Fall Carnival is Thursday, October 27th from 5-7 pm. Ticket sales for Prince/Princess and King/Queen selection are due on October 18th. Ticket sales will continue on for incentives and to see what class wins the ice cream sundae party.

Reminder: Parent Teacher Conferences are tomorrow, Tuesday, October 11th from 4-7 pm and Wednesday, October 12th from 12:30-3:30 pm. Students will be released at 12:30 pm on Wednesday.

If you missed out last game, no worries you have another chance to try Marcia’s famous, loaded Mac and cheese! Heaping helping of homemade Mac and cheese topped with pulled pork, bbq sauce and shredded cheese. This special will be at the 5-8 games in Jet tonight. Kickoff is at 5:30 pm. Go Tigers!

Deadline to sign up for the mini cheer clinic is tomorrow. A deposit of $20 is due in order to guarantee that your child gets a t-shirt.
